The University of Nebraska welcomes undergraduate students from MSEP states who find appeal in any of our quality degree programs. Admission to the University of Nebraska is on a competitive basis. Students admitted from MSEP states who exhibit superior academic performance will receive consideration for MSEP reduced tuition as a component of the New Nebraskans Scholarship Program.
Graduate students from eligible states must attend on campus. Online courses are not eligible for the MSEP tuition adjustment.
The University will advise students of their eligibility for MSEP reduced tuition as part of the scholarship and financial aid notification process; a separate application for MSEP is not required.
