State Fair Community College will accept up to 100 students under the Midwest Student Exchange Program. All Programs are eligible except Practical Nursing and Associate Degree Nursing. The total number of students admitted at a Missouri public institution through the Midwest Student Exchange Program for shall not exceed 100 students or 10 percent of the prior year's out-of-state enrollment at the institution, whichever is greater. Public two-year institutions will assess MSEP students 150 percent of the current in-district rate or 100 percent of the current in-state out-of-district rate, whichever is greater. Any additional restrictions that may apply are listed with the respective institution.
