The University of Nebraska welcomes students from MSEP states who find appeal in any of our MSEP eligible quality degree programs (see below). Admission to the University of Nebraska is on a competitive basis. Students admitted from MSEP states who meet the academic performance requirements for UNMC and are accepted into an MSEP eligible program will receive MSEP reduced tuition as a component of the New Nebraskans Scholarship Program. A separate application for MSEP is not required.
