The total number of students admitted at a Missouri public institution through the Midwest Student Exchange Program for shall not exceed 100 students or 10 percent of the prior year's out-of-state enrollment at the institution, whichever is greater. Public two-year institutions will assess MSEP students 150 percent of the current in-district rate or 100 percent of the current in-state out-of-district rate, whichever is greater. Any additional restrictions that may apply are listed with the respective institution.
