Eligibility

Students

To receive the discount, you must be:

• Enrolling as a non-resident student,
• In an MSEP approved academic program at a participating MSEP campus,
• In a participating state (Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, and Wisconsin).

All enrollment decisions are made at the discretion of the receiving campus and the campus may exercise its right to limit participation or set specific admission requirements for the MSEP discount.
