The University of Nebraska-Lincoln proudly welcomes students from Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) states who are looking to grow both intellectually and personally. Nebraska participates in MSEP through the New Nebraskan Tuition Scholarship, which reduced out-of-state tuition for eligible students.  Students who apply for admission, are admitted, and qualify for the New Nebraskan Scholarship meet the University’s participation in MSEP. No separate application is required.
