The University of Nebraska welcomes students from MSEP states who find appeal in any of our quality degree programs. Admission to the University of Nebraska is on a competitive basis. Students admitted from MSEP states who exhibit superior academic performance will receive consideration for MSEP reduced tuition as a component of the New Nebraskans Scholarship Program. The University will advise students of their eligibility for MSEP reduced tuition as part of the scholarship and financial aid notification process; a separate application for MSEP is not required.
